데이터 삭제 안내
광고 플랫폼 연동 서비스(ChatAd™·BizSpring DaaS)에 연결한 계정의 데이터를 삭제하는 방법을 안내합니다. / How to request deletion of data from connected ad platform accounts.
1. 대상 앱
- ChatAd (Meta 앱 ID 2126578964601491)
- BizSpring 통합리포트 (Meta 앱 ID 149223868563839)
2. 방법 1: 연결 해제
- Facebook에서 설정 및 개인정보 → 설정 → 비즈니스 통합으로 이동한 뒤 해당 앱을 제거합니다.
- 제거하는 즉시 회사가 이용자 계정에 접근할 수 있는 권한이 무효화됩니다.
3. 방법 2: 삭제 요청
- sales@bizspring.co.kr 로 제목을 「데이터 삭제 요청」으로 하여 메일을 보내 주십시오. 본문에는 연결한 Facebook 계정 이름 또는 광고 계정 ID를 적어 주십시오.
- 회사는 요청자가 계정 소유자인지 확인한 뒤 30일 이내에 데이터를 삭제하고, 삭제가 끝났다는 사실을 회신합니다.
4. 삭제 범위
- 액세스 토큰, 광고 계정·페이지 식별자, 회사가 저장한 광고 성과 데이터를 삭제합니다.
- 관계 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 정보는 해당 기간 동안 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다.

Data Deletion Instructions (English)
- Apps covered: ChatAd (Meta App ID 2126578964601491), BizSpring Integrated Report (Meta App ID 149223868563839).
- Option 1, disconnect: In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations and remove the app. BizSpring's access to your account is revoked immediately.
- Option 2, request deletion: Email sales@bizspring.co.kr with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your Facebook account name or ad account ID. After verifying that you own the account, we delete your data within 30 days and confirm completion by reply.
- Data deleted: access tokens, ad account and Page identifiers, and ad performance data stored by BizSpring. Information we are legally required to retain is deleted after the required period.
